Silver Stain KANTO
OVERVIEW
Silver Stain KANTO is a high-sensitivity protein detection reagent designed for researchers who require trace-level detection in electrophoresis gels. Ideal for applications requiring maximum sensitivity beyond Coomassie stains.
KEY FEATURES
- Fast Staining – Takes only one hour to stain the gel after electrophoresis
- High Sensitivity – The sensitivity for detection is 10-100 fold and 5-10 fold for nucleic acids compared with the BGD method and the Ethidium Bromide method.
- High Reproducibility – Provide clearer staining images with high reproducibility
- Ease of Use – Ready to use kits with dilution with DI water
- ReUse – Gel stain with CBB can be re-stained with this kit.
- Safety – Sodium hydroxide or ammonia solution is not used, thus no danger of explosive silver amide.

Overview
ImmunoAssist MG-PP Re is a cutting-edge ceramic chromatography media made primarily of magnesium pyrophosphate (Mg₂P₂O₇). It offers a reliable and efficient solution for purifying IgG and IgM antibodies from a variety of biological samples such as serum, ascites fluid, and cell culture supernatants.
Engineered as a porous spherical particle, this ceramic-type material ensures excellent physicochemical stability and easy handling, free from the swelling/shrinkage common in polymer-based carriers.
Key Features
- Simple and Direct Separation
Works directly with crude samples containing contaminant proteins. - Broad Applicability Across Species
Effective for IgG/IgM from mouse, rat, rabbit, bovine, sheep, horse, and human samples.
Note: Retention efficiency may vary depending on the antibody type. - Preserves Antibody Activity
Gentle purification under mild, neutral pH conditions helps maintain delicate antibody function. - High Durability & Reusability
Autoclavable and compatible with alkaline cleaning for long-term use. - Excellent Recovery Rate
Minimal nonspecific adsorption ensures near-quantitative IgG/IgM recovery.

Overview
M-GGMC-1 (HIK1083) is a monoclonal antibody that recognizes mucin-type oligosaccharides bearing a peripheral α-linked GlcNAc structure. This antibody reacts specifically with mucins from gastric gland mucous cells such as cardiac gland, mucous neck, and pyloric gland cells, and is useful in immunohistochemistry (IHC) for detecting gastric-type mucins in mammalian tissues.
M-GGMC-1 is highly regarded for its value in the early diagnosis of diseases such as:
- ⦾ Mucinous minimal deviation adenocarcinoma of the uterus (adenoma malignum)
- ⦾ Bronchioloalveolar carcinoma with secretory cell components
- High Specificity
Recognizes peripheral α-GlcNAc structures found in gastric mucin. - iagnostic Research Value
Staining pattern closely resembles the paradoxical Concanavalin A method. - Proven IHC Applications
Effective in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections. - Validated by Research
Supported by multiple peer-reviewed publications.
