Rapid Molecular Typing of Carbapenem-Resistant Acinetobacter spp.
The Cica Geneus™️ Acineto POT KIT is a high-resolution molecular epidemiological tool designed for the identification and strain-level typing of Acinetobacter species, including the ACB complex (Acinetobacter calcoaceticus-baumannii) and carbapenem-resistant isolates. Developed by Dr. Suzuki (Fujita Health University) and supported by Japan’s Ministry of Health, this kit offers a rapid, accurate method for infection control and outbreak surveillance.
