Silver Stain KANTO III

For staining polyacrylamide gel

• FAST STAINING- It takes only 1 hour to stain gels after electrophoresis. After the slice from the gel, it can prepare for MS sample about 20 minutes.
• HIGH SENSITIVITY – Proteins and nucleic acids are detectable to a few nanograms.
• HIGH REPRODUCIBILITY – The kit provides clearer staining image with high reproducibility.
• READY TO USE – The kit is ready-to-use only by dilution if each solution with de-ionized water.
• DOUBLE STAINING – Gels stained with CBB can be re-stained using this reagent.
• SAFETY – Sodium hydroxide and ammonia water are not used, therefore this reagent is no danger to generate explosive silver amide.
• For MS – This reagent is not containing Glutaraldehyde. The slice from the gel after staining has rinced with Silver Stain KANTO Gel Washing Solution for MS, then you can use it to MS.
